Coaches & Volunteers
This is a volunteer-run team. Teams need one coach to every six athletes, and ideally two coaches to every eight athletes. Each coach must complete an annual background check, a few free on-line trainings, and pay a coach license membership fee . The license membership fee covers the cost of insurance during one season.
